Heath discusses how his experiences in the Air Force taught him to value clear documentation and procedure to not only get things working right, but to pass that information along to other reliably. Heath Graves is a Microsoft Premier Field Engineer, specializing in Exchange. He finished his time in the US Air Force in 2007 and began working in consulting as a SharePoint Engineer/Administrator. Heath joined Microsoft in 2010 and has worked as a Dedicated Support Engineer within Public Sector where his focus is on Exchange troubleshooting, configuration optimization, performance tuning, and knowledge transfer.
