Richard talks to Robert Smith from Premier Field Engineering about what the IT Pro can do to debug crashes. Robert Smith started with Microsoft in July 1998 for technical support. Robert started with Windows NT and has stayed with Windows up to and including 2008 R2 Server. Over the years he has worked on storage, performance, debugging, and some other related Windows technologies. Robert moved to the Microsoft Premier organization ten years ago, and since then has worked mainly with enterprise customers. He is currently in the Premier Field Engineering team and works in the Public Sector at customer locations. Robert was a guest speaker in Spring of 2010 at Storage Networking world in Orlando, speaking on the topic of "Lessons learned from a Field Engineer".
